Description

A heartbreaking disease that we may not be aware of until it is too late. Alzheimer and other neurodegenerative diseases can almost be prevented with healthier lifestyle, at the very least prolonging the growth of the disease in our brain. Brain is a greedy organ, thus we need to continue to loving this part of our organs. Metabolic health, exercise, strength training, sleep, hearing eval, managing depression, oral health, sauna, B-vits and vit-D, hormone replacement therapy are the prevention skills we (and our parents) might have to start learning if not already. Hope you enjoy our discussions. As always we are not medical professionals, however we like discussing the matters we know nothing about colloquially and hoping that this podcast serves as a reminder for us to rethink about our lifestyle.
