Meet Norma Trease a familiar face in ports worldwide, Norma began her yachting career as an award-winning charter yacht chef and licensed captain for ten years on motor and sailing yachts. She then spent twelve years shaping the international crew placement industry before selling The Crew Network to Fraser Yachts.
Norma focuses on business sectors benefiting professional yacht crew, helping areas like yacht insurance, marina development, and digital technology flourish. A highly desired speaker, she also serves on the boards of The International @seakeepers Society, @internationalsuperyachtsociety and is a founding member of the Superyacht Alliance, supporting disaster relief and crew welfare organizations. Named “Woman At the Top” by Yachting Matters magazine, and she received ACREW’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021.
