Expectations lead to suffering. What causes suffering? Attachment to our perspective. Releasing that perspective and becoming the observer of our thoughts and experiences takes practice and a conscious choice to do something differently.
I've opened up my calendar to speak with you so you can schedule a time to talk with me. I am looking for you. I want to work with you. Are you committed to getting to know yourself? Have you wasted enough time on tips, tricks, potions and notions that aren't getting you the results you want? Do you know that there is more, but don't know where to start?
I am here to tell you that I was in the same place. I decided to look within myself, get to know myself, love myself and things changed. It didn't seem better at first and when I built up the consistency, it shifted. I can help you. Let's be partners in your success. I won't take your excuses. I will challenge you to see things in a different light.
