Sports Information Director Tim Hackett hosts the show this week, and he's joined by head cheer coach Melissa Shipman, head dance coach Cindy Freeman, and head strength coach Brian Ciolek to discuss how their summers and falls have been impacted by COVID-19, what they're excited about in their teams and departments in this year, some new technology in the weight room, and the 20th anniversary of Avila cheer and dance.
