Welcome to the celebration of the 20 Year anniversary of Recording Artist "Res" whose debut release "HOW I DO" was released June 26, 2001 on MCA records. Res has been to the Lounge before and this is a revisit, revamped, RESET, REFRIED and Release with new Conversation as well. I was fortunate enough to talk to Res on 2-23-2022 as she and I gave a pair of tickets to one lucky fan to see her live in Brooklyn NY. The live stream is available on youtube as well for those who missed out. Res is getting ready to release her new album "Reset" and she is reminding us all that BLACK GIRLS ROCK. "Black Girls Rock" is the title of her second album. Also available is "Refried Mac", a stellar smooth homage to Fleetwood Mac. Now Res is on the road and getting ready to continue to promote her first debut release which as a 19 year old teen blew me away. At 39 Im proud to say She and I have gotten to know one another and she has been so gracious with her time and also allowing me to hear new music before many.
