The aim of this short series of podcasts is to see how both businesses and the voluntary sector have weathered the pandemic storm. We explore if there have been shared experiences that have helped and potentially if any of these can go on or be developed further to help strengthen the links between the two. The title reflects a key lesson learnt in the episode...
Joining me on this second episode are Stephen Elsden, CEO of Compaid and Brant McNaughton, Founder and Managing Director of Ecce.
Compaid is a charity providing services to disabled people in the South East of England. They work work with hundreds of disabled and frail elderly people to help them overcome digital, social and financial exclusion through digital skills training and accessible transport and more.
Ecce are a digital agency based in Otford, Kent. They create web apps and websites that are beautiful and brilliant. They can make the website you’ve already got better, or build something amazing from scratch with you.
We discuss their experiences since March 2020, how they have adapted as a result, where they are now and we discuss some thoughts and reflections on collaboration. In addition Stephen has a shout out for help with anyone who can offer digital training experience.
I hope you enjoy it and we will have the next episode out next Monday.
