Description

The aim of this short series of podcasts is to see how both  businesses and the voluntary sector have weathered the pandemic storm. We explore  if there have been shared experiences that have helped and potentially if any of these can go on or be developed further to help strengthen the links between the two. The title reflects a key lesson learnt in the episode...

Joining me on this fourth episode are Julie Philips, CEO of Sevenoaks and District Chamber of Commerce and Angela Painter,  Chair of the Sevenoaks District Voluntary Sector Forum.

The priority of Sevenoaks and District Chamber of Commerce is to support local business and ensure its members have access to a pro-active, professional, and vibrant network where great business connections are made. Their networking events, webinars, seminars, and events provide opportunity for members to promote their businesses and get the support they need to succeed. They currently support over 200 member organisations ranging in size from start-ups and small businesses to large international organisations, national banks and retail chains..

The Sevenoaks District Voluntary Sector Forum supports local charities and grassroots groups to work effectively together and to develop new ways of working.

I hope you enjoy it and we will have the next episode out next Monday.
