Twitter gives me another good one: “Ladies, is it essential for your man to know how to cook?” How we got here is a phenomenon to me. Maybe I’m old fashioned and a little too southern. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, wrong with knowing the basics of housekeeping. I was raised to not depend on anyone else and to know how to do some basic things for myself, because you never know what may happen in life.
