A Filipino American Chef that has been in the restaurant industry since the age of 16, has trained under many amazing chefs including Food Networks “Too Hot Tamales,” chefs Susan Fenigar, Mary Sue Milliken, and Gordon Ramsay.
Attended LBCC Culinary Arts, worked at the Disney Resorts, Slapfish Truck and restaurant with Chef Andrew Gruel, Stagiare for Great Food Truck Race Winner Jason Quinn, Chef consultant for 99 Ranch, was Executive Chef for Wine Lab in Costa Mesa, and Consulting Chef for various restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ketchikan, Alaska.
Chef and owner for Reina De Fuego Hot Sauces, and currently Sous Chef for Feed Folks LLC/Border Grill commissary in Los Angeles.

Was a contestant on Hell's Kitchen season 12, Cutthroat Kitchen Season 10 episode 'Vide, Vedi, Cevichie.' Man Vs. Child chef showdown season 2 episode 'Cake Walk. Was Co-Host for S.E. Alaskas KPU TV “Taste of South East Alaska.”
