There are groups of people who don’t have the opportunity to use technology on an equal basis as I do. When we start thinking about these groups of people in the design of technology, we can fundamentally enable people to participate in society. If you have access to technology and use it relatively easily, take a step back and think about those groups of people who may not have that same privilege.
