Perhaps earlier in your #career, it's a good idea to go for the name. Get the biggest company that will hire you, get the biggest salary, get the biggest name on your CV. But eventually, there's going to be a turning point, and I hope that you learn to choose the people you work with based on who they are and not the institution that they belong.
