What's up everyone, how's it going? This is Daniel Francis. And in this podcast, I'm going to be talking about, you know, big realization that I had recently of feeling good. I mean, it sounds very basic, it sounds very obvious. But you'll start to realize if you started implementing this correctly, that as you start feeling better about who you are and what you do on a daily basis, and I'll teach you some simple techniques you can start doing, you can start realizing the magic that starts getting created in your life. It's, it's something unbelievable, I've been doing it every single day. And you know, just forcing myself to feel as good as possible, as long as I can. And it's crazy, the attraction, the things that I bring into my life because of my feeling my best. It's unbelievable. So I'll get more into it in the podcast, I'll cue the intro, and then I'll see you there.
The secret towards living a fulfilling life is truly, to feel good, to feel happy, to feel confident in your own skin. And, you know, this is something where we tend to complicate it as human beings, we tend to say, well, when things are, you know, you might do this consciously or unconsciously, but it's like when things are, you know, going well in your life, that's when you feel good, that's when you put a smile on your face, that's when you feel confident. And it's funny. Because we set the expectation and the game as well, only when good things happen to me, that's when I feel happy. And I hate to say that to save this. But if you live a life like this is going to be very difficult to really create big things and magical things in your life. There's a formula that I was taught from one of my mentors called be do have, which is, you know, you know, the first part of the equation is to be the person is to believe that you are that individual. And when you believe it, when you actually see yourself as that person, you'll start doing the work. And then from that, you'll actually get the result.
But we tend to do the opposite, we tend to say, Well, when I have the result, I'll give an example. But when I have the result, then I'll do the work. And then I'll believe I'm the person. So it's like, you know, say you want to start up a business, right? You know, it's like, until I have a successful business, and I have it, then I'll y'all feel like the business owner, I'll feel like that successful CEO, I'll feel like I'm doing these big things, then I'll actually do the work. And then I'll really believe it. Because the result of it, having a successful business will then create my identity. And it's funny, that's not how you do it, you know, just like a manager, right? So you want to get promoted to become a manager or director. You know, when I first got promoted to a director, I believe that was worth one. I was I believe I was capable of one. And that's how I had it in my head. Like, I'm not just a manager, I'm not just a rep. I am a director, I can. I'm an executive. And I believe that even though I didn't have that on paper, and what I did was because I believed it, I put in the midnight oil, you know, or I sorry, I burned the midnight oil. I put in the work, I went above and beyond I did everything I could because I really believed it. I believed that I that position or that that individual was already within me. I just you know, time hasn't caught up yet. And because I believe that and I did the extra work and I did everything I did. I ended up you know, getting promoted.
