What a terrible year 2020 has been... wills 2021 be better? Let's talk about it...

Hello Everyone! Welcome back to the 9T8 Podcast. I am your host Kiran and today we are going about the impacts the Coronavirus Pandemic has had on Mental Health this year and ways we can all try to improve overall mental well-being.  My guest today is one of my friends from college,  PAOLA! She is a recent grad from USF December Class of 2020, where she received her B.A. in Psychology. Paola is from Southern CA and fun fact Paola doesn’t use social media. So for more information about Paola and today’s topic, follow us on Instagram @9t8.podcast.

Disclaimer: Everything we are sharing is based on our education, conversations we have had with those around as references, and our own mindsets moving forward. WE NOT REGISTER PSYCHOLOGISTS and never have claimed to be. I’ve invited Paola here today because she has a psychology background and has helped me be more reflective in the past and thought it would be helpful for our listeners as well. We are here to give you an honest response to today’s topic.
