Description

Learn about what it takes to create & maintain a sourdough bakery in the middle of a pandemic. We sit down with Azikiwee Anderson (Zee), the founder of Rize Up Bakery, a fledgling San Francisco-based Black-owned micro-bakery focused on reinventing and rethinking traditional sourdough.

Zee's mission is to share his love of baking through one loaf of bread at a time. This episode touches upon the inspiration to start Rize Up and how immense the support for them has been since the pandemic kicked in. No matter the challenge, he has words of wisdom to share with us, in hopes that they will inspire someone else. We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to share this story with you all. Are you ready to cook up some motivation with us all?
