Attorney daytime/Baker night time Katy’s favorite part about the business is making and developing new products. She recently launched her Mackie line which is a macaron stuffed into a chocolate chip cookie. Katy offers a number of different flavours, such as the traditional chocolate chip Mackie, a funfetti Mackie and an Oreo Mackie. To perfect these cookies, Katy tried about 14 different versions of her cookie recipe in order to get the perfect balance between the macaron and the cookie, while also ensuring that the macaron stays perfectly in the cookie and the cookie is soft and gooey.
