Description

My guest, Dr. Argelis Ortiz and I talk about male allyship for women, and our circle of influence. Like I said to all of you before, I am bringing in men on the show who are allies of women leaders because it's important to get their insight as well. I'm so glad I met Dr. Argelis because he has some great insight on how we, as women leaders, can create support system with men who are advocates of women.

During this episode, you'll hear us talk about safe zones. Most importantly, we touch upon cultural issues we grow up with that create boundaries of who we could and couldn't talk to, as well as the various circles and influence we grew up with. We also talk about bonds we create with those who we can relate. In addition, we touch upon the quality of relationships, and who to include in our circle of influence among other things.
