In this week's episode, we shine a light on Building Authentic Relationships with Marcela Niemeyer, a Global Human Resources Executive with more than 16 years’ experience in people management for multinational companies. She has worked in the financial, automotive, chemical, and educational sectors, and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Human Resources at Laureate Education, an American, publicly-listed multinational in the higher education sector. Marcela holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration, and is a certified Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR-HRCI).
