She has been a catalyst for change, advocating for Latino immigrant equality, inclusion, and health equity in Colorado and around the world. From her beginnings in teen parent programs to her vital involvement in the Colorado Vaccine Equity Task Force and her advocacy efforts with the American Diabetes Association, Soto has tirelessly developed programs aimed at uplifting marginalized communities.
