Loss, being a widow, widower and grief are so very difficult. Often I produce programs to provide comfort and hopefully and uplifting message. However, tonight was one of those nights when that was simply not going to happen. Instead a simple HGTV program called My Lottery Dream Home stirred some tough emotions that sent me down a dark path. The good news is if you are struggling with loss and have dark moments there is nothing wrong with you. It's simply part of the grieving process and don't let anyone tell you it's not OK to have down days. Today...it was down day for me and hopefully message will give you comfort knowing you are not alone in having these feelings.
