It's now been over 3 years and fast approaching 4 since I lost the love of my life. The road has been filled with potholes as I try my best to navigate this thing called grief. In this program I share some stories of loss involving my grandparents and when my grandmothers lost their spouses, (my grandfathers). I also talk about how I'm doing now and what the future is starting to look like.
