In the near future, WWIII spread radioactivity through the atmosphere. Now we're forced to live below the surface in huge underground cities. But the reality is too brutal to handle and the Parallel can be a place to escape the harshness of this permanent desolate situation.
Amidst obsolete noisy engines and hi-tech quantum computers, the surviving decadent society is mostly made of machines: robots, androids, and cyborgs occupy concrete tunnels, sewer systems, and abandoned vaults. Crimes occur and the Consortium is always looking for the rebels, trying to destroy or silence them.
