Lucas completed a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Journalism at University of Technology, Sydney (https://www.uts.edu.au/). While completing his undergraduate degree, Lucas completed work experience at the Alternative Media Group of Australia (https://alternativemedia.com.au/) and the Australian Broadcast Network (https://www.abc.net.au/).
Lucas got his first break in the industry at RFI Group (https://www.rfigroup.com/home), where he was covering financial services and banks, before jumping across to the AFR into his current role.
