The Young Professionals Podcast (TYPP), proudly brought to you by ADAPT Careers (https://adaptcareers.com.au) and co-hosted by Luke Marriott and Nicholas Sargeant (Sarge).

In this episode, Luke and Sarge interview Sam Wines, a melbourne-based scientist, business owner and social entrepreneur dedicated to the promotion of eco-literacy and the transformation of business, society and the self. Currently heading up his new venture, Co-Labs Melbourne (https://colabs.melbourne/): a biotech co-working space and innovation hub dedicated to the democratisation of science and innovation, Sam is a man of many talents and experiences.

Before his road into social entrepreneurship, Sam completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Science at Deakin University (https://www.deakin.edu.au/), majoring in Human Resources, Management, and Biology.

Sam has been involved in many industries in his short career, including his own start up in the digital media space, working with brands as Mont Blanc, Lamborghini, Rolex and many more. Sam is also an international model, working with agencies in Australia, the UK, the US and Germany.

Sam recently enrolled in a Masters of Environmental Science at the University of Melbourne (https://study.unimelb.edu.au/find/courses/graduate/master-of-environmental-science/), although this is currently on hold whilst he commits more time to his social enterprise work with the Phoenix School Program (https://www.phoenixschoolprogram.com/).
