In this episode we interview Maddie Steele, a registered nurse and midwife working in a tertiary hospital in Melbourne.
Maddie started her Double Degree in Nursing and Midwifery at Monash University (https://www.monash.edu/study/courses/find-a-course/2021/nursing-and-midwifery-m3007) immediately after high school, taking a gap year after her second year of studies before completing the rest of her degree. Maddie graduated in 2018 with dual qualifications as a registered nurse and registered midwife, which she is using in her current role.
Maddie is passionate about providing women of all backgrounds with evidence-based information, so they are supported and empowered during their individual pregnancy journeys (through antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum periods).
