Ailie was born and raised in Texas before moving to Australia to complete her high school and university education. Ailie completed a Bachelor of Arts of the University of Melbourne (https://study.unimelb.edu.au/find/courses/undergraduate/bachelor-of-arts).
With an original career goal of becoming an actress, Ailie knew she had to cast a wide net to gain an idea of the different opportunities available to her after university. Having landed in marketing and then sales, Ailie is a big advocate for saying yes to opportunities that arise and taking calculated risks to further your career.
