After finishing high school, Farisha completing a Bachelor of Business (International Business) at Victoria University (https://www.vu.edu.au/courses/bachelor-of-business-bbns). During her final year of her undergraduate degree, Farisha applied for various entry-level roles relevant to her studies as well as general customer service roles at large corporates in Melbourne. Farisha landed a job as an inbound customer service representative at Seek and has been going from strength to strength ever since. Now completing a Masters of Change, Innovation and Leadership at Victoria University (https://www.vu.edu.au/courses/master-of-change-innovation-and-leadership-bmch), Farisha has recently transitioned into her current role at Seek, helping facilitate one of the biggest internal transformations in the company’s history.
What is a Change Coordinator? Farisha works in a change team focused on helping people at Seek transition seamlessly when change occurs. At the moment Farisha is helping people transition from one CRM platform to another.
