Description

The Young Professionals Podcast (TYPP), proudly brought to you by ADAPT Careers (https://adaptcareers.com.au) and co-hosted by Luke Marriott and Nicholas Sargeant (Sarge).

This week we dive into a different area of health care with CassandraRolls, paramedic at Ambulance Victoria (https://www.ambulance.vic.gov.au/careers). Cass provides emergency response and first aid to those in need.

Prior to joining Ambulance Victoria, Cass worked as a registered nurse for a number of years, being a fantastic training ground for paramedicine.

Cass’ educational journey began by studying a Bachelor of Science at Monash University (https://handbook.monash.edu/2021/courses/S2000). During this time, Cass realised her true passion for health care and transferred to Australian Catholic University, to complete a double degree consisting of a Bachelor of Paramedicine and Bachelor of Nursing (https://www.acu.edu.au/course/bachelor-of-nursingbachelor-of-paramedicine).

If you have a career story you would like to share, a role you would like to learn more about or any questions you would like us to ask young professionals, you can reach us through any of our social media that can be found at TYPP.com.au. We would love to hear from you!
