Description

On episode 123 I am delighted to be joined by Louth senior footballer and former Carlton AFL player Ciaran Byrne. We discuss his career and journey to the AFL, his decision to retire and the potential of a return down under in 2022. We explore the transition from amateur to professional and the challenges of coming back home to Ireland. Ciaran tore his ACL during his stint in Australia and once again this year in the first league game of 2023. He has recently set up his own reformer pilates studio, Bodyrock Reformer Pilates in his home in Co.Louth and shares his injury recovery on his Instagram page @bodyrock_reformer_pilates
