On episode 64 I am delighted to be joined by Irish 400m runner and olympic finalist Sophie Becker. Sophie had a phenomenal 2021 as she claimed silver in the 4x200m World Relay Championships event and helped Ireland reach their first ever relay olympic final in the mixed 4x400m event. Sophie has an interesting start in athletics as she originally joined to help her Asthma and didn't represent Ireland until she was 21 years old.
