On Episode 82 I am delighted to be joined by Irish Rugby 7s captain and 15s international Lucy Mulhall. Lucy is a proud Tinahealy woman and has also represented Wicklow at the senior ranking. Her attitude and leadership was evident during our chat and makes for one of my favourite conversations to date. Just a quick note this was recorded a number of weeks prior to the Women's Tik Tok Six Nations. Earlier this year Lucy captained the Irish 7s team to a second place finish in the World Series and was named on the all tournament team.
