Indonesia punya mimpi: Menjadi satu dari pemimpin dunia di 2045, dengan ekonomi terbesar ke-4 atau ke-5 sedunia. Untuk mewujudkan mimpi ini, Indonesia mesti membangun ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge-based economy). Syaratnya, punya ekosistem pengetahuan dan inovasi yang berfungsi dengan baik. Tidak ada jalan lain.
#NALAR mendalami gagasan Ekosistem Pengetahuan dan Inovasi dalam kaitannya dengan upaya membangun ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan. Apa itu ekosistem pengetahuan dan inovasi? Apa saja elemen-elemennya? Siapa saja aktor-aktornya? Apa yang bisa diharapkan dengan adanya ekosistem ini dalam kehidupan warga negara dan kinerja pemerintah?
