Angelica assembled a team to build the tech startup, Strata, after having hundreds of conversations with parents and caregivers; several of whom noted that they'd lost touch with their joy or that they've endured strokes and severe health issues due to the pressures of caregiving. She is now the CEO and Founder of Strata - a family of brands centering self-care and wellness for modern parents, caregivers, and those most marginalized.
