Let’s start to move away from stillness and into some movement in our yoga practice. In this inaugural audio yoga experience on MYA, simply follow the sound of my voice as I gently guide you through about a dozen postures, and then a final rest consisting of a guided meditation through savasana at the end. If you’re listening on Spotify, you can speed up, or slow down the speed of the podcast to best suit your needs. I’ve tried to speak and record at a pace that feels natural and accessible.
