Description

Confession time, I'm overcoming  what i like to call the 'Dory Complex''. Yes i have the attention span of that  little blue fish from finding nemo, who talks whale and gets lost a lot. Lately i have been dealing with trying to manage my thoughts, emotions and the big bummer my time.  I always want to be engaged and simulated with all the online virtual events and learning opportunities. I cannot simply swallow the entire world. I have to do the uncomfortable task of  prioritizing, value my time along with being consistent with Self care habits. You cannot pour from an empty cup. I was sufferings from burn out and depression was showing me monkey faces.  In this episode i shared some personal proven tips of staying focused by journaling, having routines and built in controls which grab your attention and helps you get back on track.

JUST KEEP SWIMMING, and like dory enjoy life but i encourage you to live in the present because life is quickly flying away. Blessings always.
