Oxnard, Ca native and member of punk rock band Culpa (drummer and vocalist) Tone Salinas talks about his roots in the 805 and touches on the history of punk rock, and how the industry works. With their projects, EP’s , and splits with other bands, he explains how punk rock bands work with each other and experience in merchandise. He touches on his influence, and discusses similarities of the punk and hip hop culture.
