Anthea is a trauma informed yoga, meditation and journaling guide. In 2021 she started a nonprofit called The Healing Quotient that gives "therapy grants" to individuals recovering from trauma or seeking wellness resources, by providing online access to mental health resources including funding for EMDR therapy with fully licensed professionals. She's also the creator of 3MinMeds, a weekly 3 minute meditation hosted on Smalltalk (a new audio-only platform for creators). All proceeds from 3MinMeds go to fund therapy for minds in need.
