We're back this week with another optic review, this time it's another great addition to Pulsar's Axion monocular line up. The Axions are some of the smallest, lightest, ergonomic and most affordable line of thermal monoculars on the market today and we're excited to bring you this early review of the Axion XQ38 that will be hitting the market just in time for Fall of 2020. With a slightly larger body to hold the larger 384x288 thermal sensor, the XQ38 offers the best image quality to date of any Axion at a reasonable price of $2,499. Pulsar is using a new slightly larger, longer lasting APS5 removable/rechargeable battery pack and the XQ38 has all the Pulsar features including video recording, smart phone app, color pallets etc. Jason and Hans review this great new thermal monocular on this episode of the podcast and offer up all the details that you'll want to know before considering adding this handheld to your hunting pack.
