Today I talk about the beginning of my journey to becoming the person. I need to be to do the things to have the goals and desires that are in my mind. I share a few stories from early on in my life, my late 20s anyways. I talk a little bit about some personal experiences and then I talk about the first chapter of the book I’m reading. It deals with meditation and our bodies, energy and why it’s important to be present. I explain what being present is.
