Description

In this episode Simmone speaks about what it is like getting to know yourself for the first time. Letting go of the idea of pleasing others and learning to embrace yourself. And why its is important to pursue what makes you feel alive versus what makes you just comfortable. This and more on this episode of The Awakening Self.

Today's guest Simmone Park's bio and information:

A relatively new and ballsy comedian, Simmone has been pushing her limits. She was the only female Top 3 finalist in North America for "The Next Best Comic" award in her first few months of doing standup. In less than 3 years, she has performed all over the world (Stand up Seoul, Bangkok Comedy Fringe Festival, Cobb's Comedy and the 34th Annual Miss Asian Global Beauty Pageant in San Francisco) including a set in a language she has never learned (Spanish) for Stand up Comedy Costa Rica. She is excited to perform in the upcoming Aloha Comedy Festival in Honolulu this February, Laughs for Lives Fundraiser in San Francisco in March, and at the HIGHLARIOUS comedy festival in Seattle in April.
