Listen

Description

This guided New Moon journey is designed to help you gently close the previous cycle and orient toward what wants to emerge next not through effort or resolution, but through quiet presence and embodied listening.

Through soft breath awareness, somatic grounding, and rich new-moon imagery, this practice supports the nervous system in settling, releasing residual patterns from the past year, and creating space for clarity and direction to arise naturally. Rather than working with mental focus or force, you’re guided to let the body lead allowing breath, sensation, and imagination to shape a felt sense of renewal.

This is not a meditation about setting goals or reinventing yourself.
It’s a process of returning to fertile ground — the quiet, dark space beneath pressure where new intentions can take root without urgency.

Across the journey, you’ll move through phases of grounding, embodied release, symbolic clearing, and future-self visioning. Intentions are approached as living directions qualities to inhabit rather than tasks to complete. Each phase flows gently into the next, supporting nervous system regulation while aligning your inner compass for the cycle ahead.

This practice is especially supportive at the beginning of a new year, during periods of transition, or anytime you feel called to reset your orientation with softness rather than striving.

There is nothing to rush.
Nothing to force.
Just a steady return to trust, direction, and inner steadiness.
