Your Inner Reset is a quiet 15-minute New Moon practice designed to help you release the weight of the previous cycle and gently re-orient toward what wants to emerge next.
Through grounding breathwork, somatic awareness, and symbolic night-sky imagery, this journey guides your nervous system into stillness where clarity forms naturally and direction arises without pressure. Rather than focusing on goals or outcomes, the practice invites you to reconnect with how you want to feel, allowing intention to take shape from the inside out.
This is a meditation of clearing rather than striving.

A reminder that you don’t need full visibility to take the next step.
Use this journey when you feel ready to let go, begin again, or move forward with trust even when the path ahead is not yet fully lit.
