For episode 7 I had the opportunity to speak with Jermaine Small, the heads coach of the Edmonton Stingers. Coach Small graduated from Eastern Commerce Institute, a high school in Toronto. Coach Small talk to me about getting an opportunity from his mentor Roy Rana who was the head coach for Ryerson University's basketball team and now coach Rana is an assistant coach for the NBA's Sacramento Kings. Jermaine Small went on to coach for an up and coming basketball league in Canada, "CEBL" (Canadian Elite Basketball League) where he won a championship in his 2nd year coaching.
