We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at www.myrise.co.uk

You've hopefully noticed that we've had some mind blowing results from our members this year.

People who've lost several stone, massively improved their health and fitness and turned their life around............

In a year where the vast majority of the population will have gone hugely backwards.

I was chatting to a member the other day who's had a great second half to the year after finding the first lockdown particularly challenging.

The big difference maker they told me about?

They became willing to ask for and to accept help.

"I realised that it's not seeking help that means you're weak, not the other way around".

They'd spent months doing what we all do at times.

Trying to do it ourselves.

Telling ourselves "I know what I need to do, I just need to do it".

Even though that hasn't worked out long term every other time.

Not wanting to ask for (or accept the offer of) help because it might make us look "weak".

Putting the potential opinion of someone else over our own health, fitness, energy levels and ability to deal with life and support those around us.

Ironically, when those people are often the most understanding and least likely to consider that request for help as weak.

Who'll realise that it's stronger to accept that we'd benefit from some support..........

Than it is to spend the rest of our lives with our head in the sand, pretending it's not happening.

Until someone is world class at everything in their life (that's important to them), they'd benefit from help in those areas.

Asking for help isn't weak.

"NOT seeking help means you're weak".

It's the monthly find out more meeting for our January programme (and the potentially free '20lbs weight loss' and 'Beach Body' challenges) TONIGHT now if you (or a friend) are ready for help and results rather than just doing the same old, same old this January --> www.myrise.co.uk.

Much love,

Jon 'And I do appreciate you being 'round' Hall
