In this episode of Around the 717 we sit down with Patricia Meiser who is being inducted into the Lancaster County Sports Hall of Fame on Oct. 12th, 2022. Patricia is from the 717 by way of Lancaster City. She graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School and attended West Chester University to play Tennis. After College she worked her up to become the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Penn State University. After coaching at PSU she then moved on to athletic administration at UCONN where she was on the board that hired Gino Auriemma. She then accepted the Athletic Director position at the University of Hartford. She was way ahead of her time and we really enjoyed sitting down with her and we know you will enjoy this interview.
