This week I am talking about the importance of finding balance in our lives. It really is something we have agency over. It is something we can drastically impact with our choices and awareness if we choose, to find a more balanced, peaceful, functional, sane, healthy life. If you are after any of these things, seeking a state of balance is a great place to start!
I talk about the Ayurvedic doshas (Vata: air/ether, Pitta: fire/water, Kapha: earth/water), as well as gunas, or qualities that we can use to detect our state of balance.
Using: Hot/Cold, Wet/Dry, Fast/Slow you can self-diagnose your tendency for imbalance, and begin to remedy these areas of your life.
