This week I'm offering a short update featuring a new live online class I'll be teaching through a platform called www.vivayalive.com.
I'll be teaching a new one hour class called "Structural Hatha Blend" starting February 10th, at 10:00 am PST on Thursday Mornings. You can find the class and sign up to join here. This is my main update this week. Also, temporarily my website is offline....check back later for that.
I also mention I am noticing a personal shift into pulling back to "let things happen". This is not easy to do as an "entrepreneur", but it actually is essential. It is easy to waste time, energy and money chasing things that actually aren't even meant for us. This is true for anyone, but when you are steering your own business it is vital to be aware of. I hope this insight is helpful for you too. Let's try hanging back, and see what unfolds naturally...
