Vikas Kanungo is a Senior Consultant, Digital Development Global Practice, The World Bank and has been working in the field of ICT & Development for almost three decades with various national and global agencies. In this episode of 'Understanding the Future of Digital Urban Governance' with Vikas Kanungo, we explore how the digitisation of urban governance will help the municipalities in the future.
