Judith has 25 years of experience in the people function and is still fascinated by it, she believes that ultimately the driver of business success is people.
Prior to joining Beckers as CHRO in 2018 (where she was also responsible to set a sustainability strategy for the business), Judith has been responsible for People and Communications at Scout24 with a special focus on the transformation of business and HR after the acquisition by private equity. Her HR school was Danone, where she started in Germany and was promoted HR Director very quickly, before she moved to international roles like Global Talent Director and Regional HR Director, responsible for 12 countries, both mature and emerging. She started her career at Siemens. Her motto is "unleashing potential of individuals and organisations" since a long time. Judith holds a first and second law degree and tries to learn about topics like leadership, organizational development, people development on a continuous basis, she cannot get enough of reading, listening and discussing about it.
