With all of the things we juggle day-to-day as OB/GYN's, we can sometimes be prone to falling into a cycle of Overfunctioning as a way to deal with our stress. This can lead to burnout.

Today, we are discussing what overfunctioning is, where it comes from, and strategies to shift towards normal functioning (and less burnout!)
