Description

Vietnam-based meditation teacher Ojas Oneness talks about his 42-day blindfolded and 21-day fasting experiment:

“Hunger is so deep. Once we cross seven days, ten days, the hunger increases. It’s like a big monster we need to face. Monster in the sense of so much difficulty. So for that, I need to stabilize myself. I need to take deep breaths. I need to say to myself, “I can do it. This body is temporary. The mind is temporary. Mental need is temporary. Physical need is temporary.

I want to witness who I am.

I am doing research on me, to know who I am. I’m speaking like this. Is it me? When I am doing a challenge, a different me comes up. Is it me? I want to dig inside.”
